“I have received help and support in workplace well-being, gaining clarity in my own perspectives, and support for concrete actions. I am satisfied with how 'deep' the reflections have gone. I also appreciated that my thought patterns were challenged; I have certainly grown during this process. I highly recommend Riikka as a coach. I have received valuable tools from her to promote well-being as we worked together to address thoughts related to work and resilience.

Long-lasting situations in families can be exhausting for both children and adults. When life is lived on high alert day after day, week after week, month after month, and year after year, it’s no wonder that parents become weary. These issues are rarely discussed with parents, and many professionals often lack the ability to address the deepest and most challenging feelings of parents. But you have that ability."

“I want to say thank you, again, for your training today! It was not only incredibly insightful but also very moving, and I know what we learned today will really stick with me. You are doing very important work, and it's really wonderful that you bring your whole self along to the training. It was, at least for me, a wonderfully human experience.
